We want to make sure you’re comfortable with the terms of the agreement and as this is an online loan and you don't need to sign on any physical documents, and before asking you to proceed further and accept the loan. The terms of your agreement will be shown and explained in full. You can also contact us any time with any questions you may have.

2. We will do everything we can to ensure any agreement you take out with us fits within your budget. Your loan instalments will be clearly marked in the loan agreement.

3. We understand that circumstances can change. If you are having difficulty making payments, we will work with you to find a solution.

4. We will listen carefully to any complaint or feedback you may have about the UK Finance product and we will do our best to put things right.

Treating Customers Fairly

We hold the well-being of our customers at the heart of our business.

We make sure the terms of your agreement are shown in full when you apply for a loan. We will also ensure that you are able to afford and pay your instalments. You can also contact us with any questions before proceeding further with us.

Additional Benefits

Payment Frequency

We all get paid at different points during the month and our payment frequency options have been designed to reflect this. We are happy for you to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Loan Duration

Our online Unsecured Loans are up to 60 months and the best bit is that you can settle your loan at any point ater the first 6 monthly repayments during your agreement and pay less interest. You only need to pay the interest for the time you keep the loan.
